My only Valentine of note this year came from a student's class assignment to write a poem or song for a teacher. A couple students brought me cards and recited poems, but one student actually wrote a rap and recruited two guitar players to help her with her valentine for me. She came in during my sixth period and with her charisma got the whole class cheering by the end. Check it out:
